Want to own your own business? Save the world? Have a home life, children, plus career? Be a millionaire by age 30? Experience world cultures? Get the next promotion (or two)? Your life is exactly what you make of it. Sure, there is serendipity and fortune mixed in. But success is about having life goals and living in a purposeful way toward those objectives. "Purple Eagle Journey" is my personal take on life-career planning and development.
Once or twice weekly, I will pose questions and provide answers through:
- Analysis and commentary on advancing life and career
- Notifications about important NU and community events
- Links to other valuable media
In other words, keeping two questions in front of mind:
- "What do you want to be when you grow up?"
- "How will you get there?"
Sometimes the blog will share real time eureka moments from what I hear and read. More often, the blog relays and expands on my hallway conversations, email traffic, texts, and tweets. If somebody wants to hear more about a topic, there are certainly many more who want the same material.
